Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return or exchange the item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Please include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation with the return.

How to Return

1.  Initiate the Return: Contact our customer service team to request a return authorization.
2.  Pack the Item(s): Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, if possible.
3.  Ship the Item(s): Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our customer service team. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

Final Sale Items

Please note that final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund.
